In December last year, we launched the Beta version of our bot, Max. In that time, he’s answered thousands of questions and helped many successfully submit their Self-Assessment forms for the January 31st deadline. Max helped users with knowing what they could claim for their business, and provide information on how it should be claimed, and the response from our users was so positive that we have spent a lot of our resources on developing the next version.
Along with new artificial intelligence, deep learning algorithms, and a good old sense of humor, we’ve decided this big of a change needed a new name, so let us introduce OTIS (One Tap’s Intelligent Support), the smarter, wittier and more helpful bot.
All you need to do is send a Facebook Message to 1tap and say “Hi OTIS” and type in your question, either 1tap or Self Assessment related, and he will respond in no time!
